To pay the contribution, you must go to https://www.messervices.etudiant.gouv.fr/, “Student Life and Campus Contribution” entry. BE CAREFUL : PhD students having a cotutelle agreement and who paid their registration in the partner university must not pay CVEC or registration fees. However, these PhD students must obtain a CVEC attestation on the CROUS website, but they don’t pay it, or they can ask to be refunded.
