Organization of the follow-up committee

Objective: Take stock of the progress of the thesis before each re-registration.

Mode: Renewal of registration is after notice of the follow-up committee.

Participants: The follow-up committee includes a specialist member (HDR or with an experience in PhD supervision) in connection with the PhD thesis field, and a non specialist member (HDR or with an experience in PhD supervision, far from the PhD thesis research field.

Organization of the PhD students’ training

Financial support to promote international actions, organization of scientific meetings, etc.

• 50% funding for congresses registration, summer schools, external training for PhD students, occasional stays in an international laboratory.
• Possible support for travel for a foreign member’s thesis jury.
• Financial support for days / seminars organised by PhD students.
