FOR EACH REQUEST, please indicate : your first and last name, the place and date of travel, the title of the event. Quick reminder : the SPIM doctoral school has nearly 400 PhD students enrolled on different sites. Requests without any references cannot be processed properly.

We remind you that a file sent on time and complete is one that can be processed by the secretariat, and a refund will reach you quickly.

INCOMPLETE, ILLEGIBLE FILES, SENT IN SEVERAL EMAILS, OR WITHOUT ANY REFERENCE WILL NOT BE PROCESSED.
