The Doctoral School Council

Composition :

It is made up of 25 members who meet at least 3 times a year:

– 13 HDR representatives of the laboratories, appointed by the director of the research unit, and 2 representatives of IAT staff appointed by the director of the research unit:

DRIVE: 1 representative; FEMTO-ST: 1 representative per department + 1 IAT; ICB: 1 representative; LIB: 1 representative; ImViA: 1 representative + 1 IAT; Nanomedicine: 1 representative – 5 PhD students elected with a distribution key (3 from the Besançon site, 1 from the Dijon site and 1 from the Nord-Franche-Comté site)

– 5 personalities outside the ED, in scientific fields and in socio-economic sectors – Permanent guests: the director of the ED, the deputy director of the ED, the directors of research units Its action:

monitoring the functioning of the ED and its development, definition of budgetary policy, procedure for choosing doctoral students and thesis funding, organization of doctoral training and validation of derogatory registrations.
