To pay the contribution, you have to go to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.messervices.etudiant.gouv.fr\/\">https:\/\/www.messervices.etudiant.gouv.fr\/<\/a>.\u00a0 <strong>UNLESS <\/strong><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>you have a cotutelle agreement<\/strong> and if you paid the enrollment fees in the partner university . In this case, you attach the copy of the school certificate (you are exempted of registration fees), to the documents you have to submit on ADUM, you don&#8217;t pay CVECand you don&#8217;t have to do anything with the CROUS.\u00a0<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"color: #cc2e6d;\"><strong><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">CV<\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #cc2e6d;\">Provisional Individual Training Plan<\/span><\/strong> (Excel sheet : <a href=\"https:\/\/spim.ubfc.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/17\/2026\/07\/PIF-ED-SPIM-1.xls\">https:\/\/spim.ubfc.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/17\/2026\/07\/PIF-ED-SPIM-1.xls<\/a>), filled with your supervisor and signed by him\/her. No paper, everythong is done online on <a style=\"color: #de8b00;\" href=\"https:\/\/www.adum.fr\">www.adum.fr<\/a>.\u00a0<\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/li><li><strong><em><span style=\"color: #de8b00; font-size: 14pt;\">When your register as early as possible, you can pay the registration fees in 3 times (it is possible until October 10, 2026).<\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/li><li><strong><em><span style=\"color: #de8b00; font-size: 14pt;\">Between October and September, there are many defenses. When you finalize your registration as early as possible, from the beginning of September, you allox the doctoral school secretariat to be more available for the PhD students who are preparing their defense and to provide a quality servie.<\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/li><li><strong><em><span style=\"color: #de8b00; font-size: 14pt;\">Registration in the respect of the official schedule is mandatory.<\/span><\/em><\/strong><\/li><\/ul><p>\u00a0<\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #009b92;\"><strong><em>REMIND : The PhD students who defend their thesis before December 31, 2026, must not register and don&#8217;t pay the CVEC.
