You have to create your profile on the ADUM website, fill all required fields and submit <strong>all the required documents in only one PDF file<\/strong> :<\/span><\/p><ul style=\"list-style-type: disc;\"><li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">2025\/2026 CVEC attestation <strong>UNLESS <\/strong><\/span><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>you have a cotutelle agreement<\/strong> and if you paid the enrollment fees in the partner university : copy of the school certificate (you are exempted of registration fees), you don&#8217;t pay CVEC (Contribution Vie Etudiante) and you don&#8217;t have to do anything with the CROUS. The CVEC is paid to the CROUS, this contribution of 105 euros is aimed at \u00ab <em>favouring student reception and support in social life, health, culture and sports for the students and at reinforcing the prevention and health education<\/em> \u00bb. To pay the contribution, you must go to <a href=\"https:\/\/www.messervices.etudiant.gouv.fr\/\">https:\/\/www.messervices.etudiant.gouv.fr\/<\/a>, \u201cStudent Life and Campus Contribution\u201d entry.<br \/><\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">CV<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Provisional Individual Training Plan (Excel sheet at the bottom of this page), filled with your supervisor and signed by him\/her. You can use the catalogue available on the Doctoral College : https:\/\/collegedoctoral.ubfc.fr\/formations\/doctoral-students\/?lang=en<br \/><\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Proof of financing (copy of your employment contract if you have it\/scholarship certificate, etc.) &#8211; <strong>Except for PhD students having a doctoral contract<\/strong> (Your application was validated in June\/July, so you don&#8217;t have your contract yet)<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>ONLY if you are in a CIFRE PhD thesis<\/strong> : ANRT acceptance letter<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Copy of diploma\/certificate of achievement allowing you to enroll in a Phd thesis + transcripts<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Description of the thesis topic<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Copy of the identity document<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">Deposit of your ID picture on your ADUM profile is recommended in order to print your student card<\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>ONLY<\/strong> <strong>if you register in UTBM<\/strong> : Certificate of Civil Liability<\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>IMPORTANT<\/strong> : Be careful when you fill the fields regarding your diploma allowing you to enroll in a PhD thesis : if you obtained your diploma in a country out of the Bologna process (list of the countries part of the process in the procedure below), you must check &#8220;Foreign diploma&#8221; in the drop-down menu and clearly indicate the country of graduation.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">3.<strong> Payment of the registration fees<\/strong> to the institution where the thesis will be prepared (Amount : 397\u20ac). UMLP\/UBE\/UTBM\/SUPMICROTECH.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong>If you are a scholarship PhD student<\/strong> (CAMPUS FRANCE, CSC for example), <strong>or if you have a cotutelle agreement<\/strong> and if you have already paid the registration fees in the partner university, you must check &#8220;Fee exemption&#8221; on ADUM.<\/span><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\">You will receive an e-mail from ADUM inviting you to pay the registration fees. When you finalize your registration early in September, it allows the doctoral school office to be more available for PhD students preparing their defence and provide them a high quality follow-up.<\/span><\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/li><li><span style=\"font-size: 18pt;\"><em><strong><span style=\"color: #de8b00;\">The re-registration in the respect of the schedule indicated is mandatory.<\/span><\/strong><\/em><\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span style=\"color: #009b92; font-size: 18pt;\"><em><strong>REMINDER : PhD students who defend their thesis before December, 31, 2025 must not re-register and must not pay CVEC. The CVEC is paid to the CROUS, this contribution of 105 euros is aimed at \u00ab <em>favouring student reception and support in social life, health, culture and sports for the students and at reinforcing the prevention and health education<\/em> \u00bb.
