For meals, you must indicate if you have eaten in a University Restaurant (CROUS).<\/li><li>Provide the form &#8220;Personne physique \u00e0 cr\u00e9er&#8221; (<a href=\"https:\/\/spim.ubfc.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/17\/2025\/04\/Fiche-creation-tiers-2025-EPE-1.xlsx\">https:\/\/spim.ubfc.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/17\/2025\/04\/Fiche-creation-tiers-2025-EPE-1.xlsx<\/a>) and your bank details.<\/li><\/ul><p><strong>Please note that only original tickets or e-tickets are accepted for SNCF transport. You must make sure you download and register them before your departure date<\/strong>.<\/p><p>If you have used your personal vehicle, you must provide: photocopies of your driving licence, vehicle registration certificate, insurance certificate. (Only for the first trip).<\/p><p><strong>BE CAREFUL :<\/strong> you must prefer public transport (train\/bus). If you use your personal vehicle, it is because there is no public transport on the route, or you have heavy material to carry (computer equipment for example), or you are carpooling. If these criteria are not met, the reimbursement will be on SNCF 2nd class).<\/p><p><b>These documents must be sent to the secretariat of the doctoral school.<\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt; color: #29a329;\"><b>2d CASE : YOU FOLLOW AN\u00a0 OFF-LIST CATALOGUE TRAINING OR YOU GO TO A CONVENTION\/CONFERENCE<\/b><\/span><\/p><p><strong><i>REIMBURSEMENT PAID BY THE DOCTORAL SCHOOL\u00a0 UP TO 1000 EUROS PER YEAR PER PhD STUDENT<\/i><\/strong><\/p><p><b>Your laboratory pays the costs and is refunded by the doctoral school up to 50% of the total amount of your mission.<br \/><\/b><\/p><p><span style=\"font-size: 14pt;\"><strong><span style=\"color: #cc2e6d;\">At least 2 weeks before the mission if it takes place in France or 1 month before if it takes place abroad :<br \/><\/span><\/strong><\/span><\/p><ul><li>Draw up a <strong>MISSION ORDER WITH EXPENSES<\/strong> of your establishment to be given to the administrative staff of your home research unit for signature (For UMLP PhD students : <a href=\"https:\/\/spim.ubfc.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/17\/2025\/05\/form_demande-remboursement-frais-mission-umlp-v9-1.xlsx\">https:\/\/spim.ubfc.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/17\/2025\/05\/form_demande-remboursement-frais-mission-umlp-v9-1.xlsx<\/a>).<\/li><li>Fill in the form &#8221;
