It is a national diploma by issuing which universities recognize a high scientific level characterized by:<\/span><\/p><ul><li id=\"tw-target-text\" class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large XcVN5d tw-ta\" dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"Traduction\"><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"en\">An original approach in a scientific field; <\/span><\/li><li class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large XcVN5d tw-ta\" dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"Traduction\"><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"en\">Mastery of an autonomous scientific research strategy; <\/span><\/li><li class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large XcVN5d tw-ta\" dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"Traduction\"><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"en\">The ability to supervise young researchers. <\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"en\">Candidates may wish to organize the presentation of the authorization to supervise research with the support of a research supervisor. This possibility is recognized and, in this case, applications for registration include, in addition to the common law procedure, the opinion of the research director.<\/span><\/p><p id=\"tw-target-text\" class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large XcVN5d tw-ta\" dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"Traduction\"><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"en\">The authorization to supervise research is a diploma whose essential, if not exclusive, purpose is to allow access to the body of university professors, in accordance with the provisions of the decree establishing the status of the body of university professors and of the body of university professors. lecturers. <\/span><\/p><p class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large XcVN5d tw-ta\" dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"Traduction\"><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"en\">Of course, it is not excluded that the recognition of a high scientific level is also of interest to companies. Registration for HDR <\/strong><\/span><\/h2><p class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large XcVN5d tw-ta\" dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"Traduction\"><strong><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"en\"> Reminder of the decree of 23 November 1988, amended by the decree of 13-07-1995: <\/span><\/strong><\/p><p class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large XcVN5d tw-ta\" dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"Traduction\"><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"en\">Art. 3 &#8211; Candidates must hold &#8211; a doctoral degree or &#8211; a doctor&#8217;s degree allowing the practice of medicine, dentistry, pharmacy and veterinary medicine and a diploma of in-depth studies, or justify a diploma, work or experience at a level equivalent to a doctorate. The latter provision is particularly applicable to holders of a postgraduate doctorate or a doctorate in engineering supplemented by other work or full-time teaching and research activity lasting a minimum of five years.<\/span><\/p><div id=\"tw-container\" data-cp=\"1\" data-is-ver=\"false\" data-nnttsvi=\"1\" data-sm=\"1\" data-sugg-time=\"500\" data-sugg-url=\"https:\/\/clients1.google.com\/complete\/search\" data-uilc=\"fr\"><div id=\"tw-ob\" class=\"tw-src-ltr\"><div class=\"oSioSc\"><div id=\"tw-target\"><div id=\"kAz1tf\" class=\"g9WsWb\"><div id=\"tw-target-text-container\" class=\"tw-ta-container F0azHf tw-nfl\" tabindex=\"0\"><p id=\"tw-target-text\" class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large XcVN5d tw-ta\" dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"Traduction\"><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"en\">Enrollment applications can only be submitted during the same academic year at a single institution. Candidates who have already been registered for this diploma in another establishment are required to report it.<\/span><\/p><\/div><div class=\"iYB33c\"><div id=\"tw-tmenu\" class=\"tw-menu\"><h2 id=\"tw-target-text\" class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large XcVN5d tw-ta\" dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"Traduction\"><strong><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"en\">3. Constitution of the registration request file <\/span><\/strong><\/h2><p class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large XcVN5d tw-ta\" dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"Traduction\"><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"en\"><strong>Since September 2017, the procedure in use at UBFC is as follows:<\/strong> <\/span><\/p><ul><li class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large XcVN5d tw-ta\" dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"Traduction\"><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"en\">Registration with HDR is subject to prior authorization. Applications are submitted to ED SPIM. <\/span><\/li><li class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large XcVN5d tw-ta\" dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"Traduction\"><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"en\">The ED seeks the opinion of 2 experts from the list provided by the candidate. The ED forwards the entire file with its opinion to the doctoral mission. The request is examined by the president of UBFC, who decides after consulting the Academic Council (CAC) restricted to professors and authorized to supervise research.<\/span><\/li><\/ul><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><\/div><div class=\"dURPtb\"><div id=\"tw-container\" data-cp=\"1\" data-is-ver=\"false\" data-nnttsvi=\"1\" data-sm=\"1\" data-sugg-time=\"500\" data-sugg-url=\"https:\/\/clients1.google.com\/complete\/search\" data-uilc=\"fr\"><div id=\"tw-ob\" class=\"tw-src-ltr\"><div class=\"oSioSc\"><div id=\"tw-target\"><div id=\"kAz1tf\" class=\"g9WsWb\"><div id=\"tw-target-text-container\" class=\"tw-ta-container F0azHf tw-nfl\" tabindex=\"0\"><p id=\"tw-target-text\" class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large XcVN5d tw-ta\" dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"Traduction\"><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"en\"><strong>The registration authorization is granted for a period of 4 years. Criteria taken into account to authorize registration<\/span><\/strong><\/h2><p class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large XcVN5d tw-ta\" dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"Traduction\"><strong><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"en\">Publication level since the thesis <\/span><\/strong><\/p><p class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large XcVN5d tw-ta\" dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"Traduction\"><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"en\">To assess the increase in the candidate&#8217;s scientific level compared to the thesis, a distinction will be made between:<\/span><\/p><ul><li class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large XcVN5d tw-ta\" dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"Traduction\"><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"en\">Publications made before the defense (and \/ or directly related to the subject specific to the thesis),<\/span><\/li><li class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large XcVN5d tw-ta\" dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"Traduction\"><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"en\">Publications made after the defense. <\/span><\/li><\/ul><p><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"en\">Publications in journals of an international character if possible, at least national, are required, <\/span><span style=\"font-size: 1rem;\">and more generally work that has been the subject of review and acceptance by a reading committee.<\/span><\/p><div id=\"tw-container\" data-cp=\"1\" data-is-ver=\"false\" data-nnttsvi=\"1\" data-sm=\"1\" data-sugg-time=\"500\" data-sugg-url=\"https:\/\/clients1.google.com\/complete\/search\" data-uilc=\"fr\"><div id=\"tw-ob\" class=\"tw-src-ltr\"><div class=\"oSioSc\"><div id=\"tw-target\"><div id=\"kAz1tf\" class=\"g9WsWb\"><div id=\"tw-target-rmn-container\" class=\"tw-target-rmn tw-ta-container F0azHf tw-nfl\"><p id=\"tw-target-text\" class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large XcVN5d tw-ta\" dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"Traduction\"><strong><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"en\">Respect of a deadline after the defense of the thesis <\/span><\/strong><\/p><p class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large XcVN5d tw-ta\" dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"Traduction\"><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"en\">As a general rule, a period of 3 years seems a minimum for a candidate to demonstrate, after the defense of his thesis, that he has the capacity to lead a research program and to supervise graduate students. Procedures for putting together the application file<\/span><\/strong><\/h2><p class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large XcVN5d tw-ta\" dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"Traduction\"><strong><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"en\">Decree of 23-11-1988 modified by the decree of 13-07-1995: <\/span><\/strong><\/p><p class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large XcVN5d tw-ta\" dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"Traduction\"><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"en\">Art. 4 &#8211; The application file includes either one or more published or typed works, or a work file, accompanied by a summary of the candidate&#8217;s scientific activity allowing his experience in leading research to be revealed. <\/span><\/p><p class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large XcVN5d tw-ta\" dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"Traduction\"><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"en\">The summary report of research and doctoral supervision activities, the standard plan of which is mentioned above, drawn up for the registration authorization request, can obviously serve as a basis for drafting the &#8220;summary of the activity. scientific \u201dmentioned in the official text for the application file, by developing the chapters that the candidate considers useful for the information of his 3 rapporteurs; depending on the discipline, this summary can be 50 to 100 pages long. <\/span><\/p><p class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large XcVN5d tw-ta\" dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"Traduction\"><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"en\">Art. 5 &#8211; Authorization to appear before the jury is granted by the president or the director of the establishment according to the following procedure. <\/span><\/p><p class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large XcVN5d tw-ta\" dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"Traduction\"><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"en\">The president or director of the establishment entrusts the examination of the candidate&#8217;s work to at least three reviewers chosen for their competence, at least two of whom must be authorized to supervise research. <\/span><\/p><p class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large XcVN5d tw-ta\" dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"Traduction\"><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"en\">Two of these rapporteurs must not belong to the teaching staff of the institution in which the candidate submitted his application. <\/span><\/p><p class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large XcVN5d tw-ta\" dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"Traduction\"><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"en\">The personalities consulted make their opinions known through written and reasoned reports, on the basis of which the oral presentation of the candidate&#8217;s work to the jury may be authorized. These reports are communicated to the candidate and can be consulted by any person authorized to supervise research. <\/span><\/p><p class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large XcVN5d tw-ta\" dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"Traduction\"><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"en\">Before this presentation, a summary of the works or work is distributed within the establishment. <\/span><\/p><p class=\"tw-data-text tw-text-large XcVN5d tw-ta\" dir=\"ltr\" data-placeholder=\"Traduction\"><span class=\"Y2IQFc\" lang=\"en\">The notice of presentation of the work is posted on the premises of the establishment.
