class=\"s1\">Draw up a mission order free of charge from your institution MANDATORY to be given to the administrative staff of your home research unit for signature.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li4\"><span class=\"s4\">Fill in the UBFC &#8220;<a href=\"http:\/\/collegedoctoral.ubfc.fr\/wp-content\/uploads\/sites\/41\/2020\/06\/SPIM-Mission-Formulaire-2018.docx\"><span the original proof of your travel (SNCF tickets, bus, tram or metro tickets, motorway, hotels&#8230;) to the DS. For meals, you must indicate if you have eaten in a University Restaurant (CROUS).<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li3\"><span class=\"s1\">Please note that only original tickets or e-tickets are accepted for SNCF transport. You must make sure you download and register them before your departure date.<\/span><\/li>\n<li class=\"li3\"><span class=\"s1\">If you have used your personal vehicle, you must provide: photocopies of your driving licence, vehicle registration certificate, insurance certificate.
